This capstone project examines the possible profits a small construction business, Island Construction, could achieve with the creation of a company website and a Facebook business page. This project was launched and examined over the course of four weeks. In addition, this project addressed small business limitations and defined successful tools for online promotion.This project consisted of building a website, creating a Facebook business page, designing a new logo and measuring results through various analytics. All photos and content found on the website were taken or created by me. During the four weeks the website received over 3,000 page views, the Facebook page gained 245 likes and the company gained two new clients. Two Facebook advertising campaigns were implemented to achieve higher results. This project was an overall success.
